Ignorance Caused Sepsis or Systemic Acidosis That Took The Life of a Young Brazilian Woman

Sepsis is the number one cause of death in the world and happens every day at Intensive Care Units, Hospitals and Medical Clinics!
What is sepsis or septic shock and what is the cause?
Sepsis or septic shock is a systemic acidic condition caused by acidic lifestyle choices, including acidic food, drink, and drugs - especially dextrose and/or antibiotic IV's given at hospitals around the world.
When someone is over-acid and becomes tired, sick and/or injured and nothing is done to buffer or neutralize the excess environmental, dietary, metabolic, and/or cellular degenerative acids, then death from acidosis or sepsis becomes inevitable.
Most people believe that sepsis or acidosis is an infection.
It is not! It is an out-fection from personal acidic lifestyle and dietary choice. An out-fection, in the body, is the cell breaking down from the inside out from an emotional or physical stress or disturbance giving rise to increased acidity. Dietary and/or metabolic acids are generally the cause of all out-fections or cellular transformations - not the infection from some harmless bacterium and/or yeast. And, a bacterium and/or yeast present in the blood or tissues is the evidence of sepsis or an acidic state that gives rise to biological transformation or the birth of bacteria, yeast or mold. Isn't that what happens to food when it spoils? Bacteria, yeast and mold appear as the food is spoiling and are not the cause of the spoiling. Food spoils from the inside out not the outside in. Human or animal cells spoil from the inside out not the outside in. This is why I call cellular transformation from a healthy state to an unhealthy state an out-fection not an infection.
Because germs are born in us and from us from spoiling or decaying cells. And, germs do not cause dis-ease or disease!
Once again sepsis is caused from an individual's hyper-inflammatory or hyper-acidic state created from an acidic lifestyle, diet, metabolism, environment, stress, and/or injury.
Unfortunately, sepsis has a NO or very low Standard of Care in hospitals, and hospital-induced out-fections created from dextrose, glucose, antibiotic IV's, other acidic medications, and of course the acidic hospital food and drink.
This is exactly what happened to a 20 year old Brazilian model, Mariana Bridi da Costa, whose hands and feet went acidic, then gangrene and finally were amputated in a bid to save her life from sepsis or systemic latent tissue acidosis. Please watch the following YouTube:

Ms. Bridi da Costa first sought medical advice after feeling ill in late December from a urinary tract out-fection. (I believe brought on by the ingestion of too much acidic Holiday food and drink) Hospital officials said she was transferred to Dorio Silva on January 3rd in "septic shock," or "acidic shock," a serious health condition caused by dietary and metabolic acid that leads to stage 4 acidosis or inflammation. If stage 4 acidosis or inflammation is not treated with alkaline buffers, such as oral sodium and/or potassium bicarbonate or IV, it will lead to stage 5, 6 and 7 acidosis or induration, ulceration and then degeneration of the cells, tissues and organs. The end result from the lack of alkaline treatment to reverse the excess acidity will always end in the death of the patient. This is what happened to this young vibrate Brazilian woman. The medical doctors had NO IDEA how to treat or reverse the sepsis or excess acidity! Why? Because they do not learn this in medical school. Sepsis has no known ideology.
Ms. Bridi da Costa, at the young age of 20 died from systemic acidosis from the lack of proper alkaline treatment. Acidic drugs, such as antibiotics and metabolic acids ravaged her body which forced doctors to perform amputations of her extremities and extract part of her stomach as well as both kidneys. I strongly believe that Ms. Bridi da Costa would be alive, healthy and strong today, if, the prevailing 19th Century germ theory medical dogma and subsequent acidic treatment protocols of antibiotics would have been simply replaced with alkaline fluids of sodium, magnesium and potassium bicarbonate and alkaline water and foods.
Sepsis is a 100% preventable and treatable event that affects approximately 2 million people in the USA every year and results in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Current medical statistics state over 250,000 deaths per year from septic shock in the USA alone. I personally believe it is in the millions and is 100% preventable! But, ignorance prevails!
Currently, medical science perceives there is no early diagnostic test nor effective treatment for sepsis and severe sepsis or over-acidity. But this is not true! There is a diagnostic test!
The early diagnostic test is simple, inexpensive and accurate. All you need to do is test the pH of the urine and saliva with litmus paper. If the urine and saliva is dropping from a normal 7.2 pH or higher to under 7 and then into the low 6's, 5's and then 4's, you are headed toward sepsis or systemic acidosis!
The treatment is simple, inexpensive, effective and fast - hyper-alkalize the blood and tissues with sodium and/or potassium bicarbonate pushing the urine and saliva pH back up to the normal 7.2 or in the case of sepsis to an 8.5 to 9 pH. This will begin the process of quickly buffering or neutralizing the dietary, metabolic and/or cellular acids that are breaking down the body cells, which is also creating the increased titers of bacteria and yeast in the blood. The high titers of yeast and bacteria can also be seen in a live unchanged blood test and the cellular transformation or breakdown can be seen in the Mycotoxic Oxidative Stress Test in advance of sepsis or systemic acidosis.
It is very important to understand and remember that the increase of bacteria and/or yeast in the blood from sepsis or excess acidity, such as psuedomonas bacteria found in Ms. Bridi da Costa or candida albicans is not the cause of the sepsis but is the result of the sepsis or increased acidity. Body cells transform or breakdown to bacteria and yeast and then to mold as a result of excess tissue acidity and not from an infection from the atmosphere. Therefore, Germs DO NOT CAUSE DISEASE but are the result of excess tissue acidity not eliminated through urination, perspiration, respiration and/or defecation! Acid is the only CAUSE of dis-ease and disease, including sepsis!
One other important point is that the blood will do everything it can to maintain its delicate pH balance at 7.365. All acids dietary and/or metabolic acids are thrown out into the connective tissue and interstitial fluids. If the lymphatic system cannot move the acids out of the tissues and interstitial fluids then body cells begin transforming or breaking down. This results in the birth of bacteria, yeast and then mold and the increase of acids that will ravage the organs that sustain life. The ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS "Domino Effect" of tissue wasting and acidity is to hyper-alkalize the blood and then tissues with alkaline mineral salts, like sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate. If you use acidic IV's of dextrose, glucose and antibiotics to try and kill the harmless bacteria and yeast all you end up doing is increasing tissue acidity and accelerating the destruction of the cells, tissues and organs tha t sustain life leading to death of the body. This is exactly what happened to Ms. Bridi da Costa. Death by Medication. This is why I have been crying out for an end to medication and the start of alkaline education. Education not medication is the cure to all dis-ease and disease. Ignorance is what kills.
Our health system is broken and many of us understand this. But what most people do not understand is that the current medical science is old and barbaric and is broken and NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. The citizens of the world need education on how to maintain the alkaline design of their body. We do not need more medicine and we especially DO NOT NEED HEALTH INSURANCE under the current medical model. The knowledge and understanding of the "New Biology"(TM) by every citizen of the world will change lives, save lives and save trillions of dollars in needless treatments and medications.
Talk with your doctor about hyper-alkalizing your blood and then tissues with 1 liter of alkaline, 9.5 pH water with 1 tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate or an IV of 5% sodium bicarbonate solution in 1 liter of a 1% saline, dripped over 1 hour.

Salmonella Common in U.S. Poultry
The Jan. 23 issue of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report details two different outbreaks of salmonella Montevideo in 2007 that were traced to live poultry.
The first outbreak was identified in September 2007 by the North Dakota Department of Health. Those stricken with the bacterial infection included three siblings, aged 1, 3 and 7. All three developed diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal cramps, and were hospitalized for eight to 10 days.
All told, an estimated 65 people -- 60 percent of them adults -- were sickened in North Dakota and 19 other states. Investigators linked the salmonella infections to the handling of live, older poultry bought for meat or egg production. The outbreak occurred in the fall and winter, and the trail eventually led to hatcheries in Iowa and four other states, the CDC said.
The second outbreak began in the spring of 2007, and 70 percent of the infections were among children -- average age 5 -- who handled baby chicks and ducklings bought as Easter pets. A total of 64 people in 23 states fell ill. The infection was traced to a New Mexico hatchery.
"Live poultry is a source of human salmonella infections," said Dr. Umid Sharapov, a CDC medical epidemiologist and co-author of the report. "Persons should wash their hands with soap and water after handling live poultry. Children younger than 5 should not be allowed to handle baby chicks."
The CDC estimates that there are 1.5 million cases of salmonella poisoning each year in the United States from a variety of causes, with undercooked meat and eggs being the prime culprits.
Dr. Pascal James Imperato, dean and Distinguished Service Professor of the Graduate Program in Public Health at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City, said there is insufficient regulation of the poultry industry, making salmonella widespread among chickens and other poultry.
"Human salmonella infections due to contact with poultry are not uncommon," Imperato said. "Poultry can be healthy carriers of salmonella and not exhibit any apparent illness."
The risks are especially high for young children who come into contact with baby chicks and ducklings purchased as pets by parents at Easter time, he said.
Infectious disease expert Dr. Marc Siegel, an associate professor of medicine at New York University School of Medicine, said he thinks the way poultry is raised contributes to the high prevalence of salmonella in these birds.
"I am aghast at how we allow our poultry to be raised in squalor," he said. "The conditions they are in -- they are living in their own poop -- cause salmonella to thrive."
"This article points out the ease with which salmonella spreads from live poultry to humans," Siegel added. "This is a reminder that our poultry population is infested with salmonella."
Salmonella, as well as other health threats, can be transmitted by many other pets, including exotic ones.
The number of exotic animals in the United States has almost doubled since 2002, with 4.4 million homes now harboring reptiles, and 40,000 households home to hedgehogs, according to a report in the October 2008 issue of Pediatrics.
In 2003, a human monkey pox outbreak was traced back to imported African Gambian rats that had infected prairie dogs sold as pets. And small pet turtles were responsible for 103 cases of salmonella infection in the second half of last year, mostly among young children, the report found.

Eating Fruits and Veggies? Check Urine pH
In an article to appear in the upcoming British Journal of Nutrition, researchers at the Norfolk, UK branch of EPIC (European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition) have shown that a diet high in fruits and vegetables and low in meat -- what they call an "alkaline" diet -- correlates with alkaline urine.[1]
Urinary biomarkers have been shown to reflect dietary intake and nutritional status with some degree of accuracy. For example, 24-hour urinary excretion of nitrogen and potassium and self-reported, seven-day dietary intake have been shown to correlate.[2]
In the current study, a subpopulation of EPIC (n=363) provided casual and 24-hour urine samples and completed a quantified dietary recall over the past week using a validated self-report tool called the seven-day diary. Individuals with an alkaline diet -- high in fruits in vegetables and low in acidic foods like meats -- were identified as having a low potential renal acid load and alkaline urinary pH, according to the seven-day diary.
As more data on the long-term effects of diet are collected, expect to hear more about dietary acid-base load and other objective markers of dietary habits.
EPIC is the largest prospective cohort study of diet, lifestyle, and health outcomes (including cancer) ever conducted, having followed over a half-million subjects in 10 countries from 1993-1999.[3]

Minn. Confirms Tainted Peanut Butter Link to Salmonella Outbreak
Meanwhile, the victim toll has risen to 410 people in 43 states, according to U.S. health officials, who also said Monday that the illness may have caused three deaths.
The Minnesota report, issued on its Department of Health Web site, was a follow-up to initial tests done last week on salmonella bacteria found in a five-pound package of King Nut creamy peanut butter that had been collected from a long-term care facility.
Officials from the Minnesota Departments of Health and Agriculture had issued a product warning Friday after preliminary testing indicated the presence of salmonella in the peanut butter.
Late Saturday, King Nut Cos., of Solon, Ohio, announced it had issued a recall of King Nut peanut butter and Parnell's Pride peanut butter with the lot code "8." Both brands are manufactured by Lynchburg, Va.-based Peanut Corp. of America.
King Nut distributes peanut butter through food service accounts and does not sell it directly to consumers, the company's statement said.
The statement added, "King Nut does not supply any of the ingredients for the peanut butter distributed under its label. All other King Nut products are safe and not included in this voluntary recall."
"We are very sorry this happened," Martin Kanan, president and chief executive officer of King Nut Cos., said in the statement, adding, "We are taking immediate and voluntary action because the health and safety of those who use our products is always our highest priority."
On Sunday, Kanan told the Associated Press that the recall involved 1,000 cases of peanut butter.
Peanut Corp. of America issued its own statement on its Web site late Saturday, confirming the salmonella finding. The statement added, however, that the finding "leaves open the possibility of cross-contamination from another source. PCA is working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other agencies to determine whether the current illness outbreak could be at all related to products made in the PCA facility."
U.S. health officials had formed a task force last week to seek the source of the latest outbreak, which began last fall and so far has sickened 410 people, according to the latest numbers issued Monday by the CDC.
Reports of people sickened have occurred between Sept. 3 and Dec. 31, 2008, with most illnesses starting after Oct. 1. About 18 percent of those who fell ill were hospitalized.
The strain of salmonella has been identified as Salmonella Typhimurium, the most common of the more than 2,500 types of salmonella bacteria in the United States. It's often found in uncooked eggs and meats, said officials with the CDC.
The recall and the potential link to the multi-state outbreak come two years after ConAgra recalled its Peter Pan brand peanut butter, which had been linked to at least 625 salmonella cases in 47 states.
