An Alkaline Lifestyle and Diet May Reduce the Risk of Prostate Cancer

A new review published in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics assessed whether certain modifications in diet have a beneficial effect on the prevention of prostate cancer.

Results suggest that a diet low in fat and animal protein and high in vegetables and fruit is beneficial in preventing and treating a cancerous prostate.

Robert W.-L. Ma and K. Chapman conducted an evidence-based review of dietary recommendations in the prevention of prostate cancer as well as in the management of patients with prostate cancer.

The researchers found that a diet low in saturated fat, high in vegetables and fruit, and avoiding high energy intake, excessive animal protein, and excessive dairy products and alkalizing calcium intake may be helpful in preventing prostate cancer, and for patients diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Specifically, consumption of tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, and vitamins, including Vitamin E and selenium, seemed to propose a decreased risk of a cancerous prostate. Consumption of highly processed or charcoaled meats, dairy products, and saturated or trans fats seemed to be correlated with a cancerous condition, including a cancerous prostate.

"Although not conclusive, results suggest that general dietary modification has a beneficial effect on the prevention of prostate cancer," the authors conclude. "In patients with prostate cancer, dietary therapy allows patients to be an active participant in their treatment."

According to Dr. Robert O. Reusable Grocery Bags Are Acidic and Could Poison You

Grocery shoppers who go for the green with reusable bags could end up green with illness, according to the first microbiological study in North America of the earth-friendly option.

The bags could be a breeding ground for dangerous acid produced bacteria, yeast and mold, according to the study, which two independent labs did at the behest of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association.

The labs found that 64 percent of the reusable bags harbored some level of bacteria. Yeast or mold was found in 40 percent of the bags, and some bags even had detectable levels of fecal intestinal bacteria.

"The main risk is food poisoning," said Dr. Richard Summerbell, research director at Toronto's Sporometrics, who was commissioned to evaluate the findings of the study. "But other significant risks include skin infections such as bacterial boils, allergic reactions, triggering of asthma attacks, and ear infections."

Summerbell described the problem as being similar kitchen cutting boards' transferring acids and germs. The more waterproof a shopping bag is, as in the case of plastic-weave bags, the more likely it is to harbor pathogens, he said.

"The main actual hazard involved is if there's a little bit of acidic spillage in there from some meat or some eggs, then food-poisoning organisms could be transferred over to other food," he said.

What should people do to stay safe? Besides the obvious practice of washing reusable bags regularly with hot water and alkalizing puripHy salts, one suggestion is to consider using throw-away plastic bags. Another important piece of advice is to avoid using grocery shopping bags for other purposes, such as carrying gym shoes and diapers.

Although airing out the bags helps, there is always the possibility of acid contamination if they are not washed.

"When food shopping I would suggest using a cotton or hemp cloth bag that can be washed after use," states Dr. Robert O. Young, Director of Research at the pH Miracle Living Center.

"In addition if you do use reusable plastic bags make sure you wash them in 11 to 12pH water and add a few drops of Young pHorever puripHy to detox the bag from any acidic residues and/or biological transformation, i.e., bacteria, yeast or mold," states Dr. Young

Genetic Change In Three Days Caused by Acidic Toxins

Polluted acidic air may devastate human DNA to the point of reprogramming or causing genes to change in just three days, leaving people vulnerable to cancerous lungs and other dis-eases, according to a new Italian study.

The researchers, who discovered rapid DNA damage and transformation in Italian steel workers who inhaled acidic polluted foundry air, say it might happen to anyone living in a large city.

The study examined 63 healthy people who were exposed routinely to acidic particulate matter while they worked in a steel mill in Brescia, Italy, and. The air around steel foundries usually has about 10 times more acidic particulate matter than normal air, and a larger percentage of the acidic particles are heavy metals.

During the work week, two blood DNA samples were taken from the workers, one sample on the first day of the week before they were heavily exposed to the foundry air, and the other sample after several days on the job. A comparison of the samples showed changes in four genes that are believed to suppress the formation of tumors.

The workers' DNA was damaged to the point that the rate of a body process called "methylation" was slowed, the researchers said. Methylation is a normal, ongoing biological process in which genes are organized into different groups. The slowing of methylation in the workers meant that fewer groups and therefore fewer genes were expressed and made into proteins, which is vital to the regular maintenance of the body. Such a reduction also has been observed in the DNA of patients with cancerous lungs.

Study leader Andrea Baccarelli of the University of Milan said previous research has demonstrated that older people in Boston had DNA damage from particulate matter. However, Baccarelli said, "Our results need to be confirmed in air pollution studies before they can be extended to the general population."

On a hopeful note, the research team raised the possibility that methylation damage can be ameliorated with folic acid, a B vitamin found in many foods. "We found that subjects with higher intakes of methyl nutrients were protected from some of the cardiac effects of particulate matter," Baccarelli said.

Dr. Robert O. Young, Director of Research at the pH Miracle Living Center suggests, "all genetic changes within any cell are always the result of an acidic change in the environment surrounding that cell. These cellular changes are generally caused by acidic contributing factors such as primary or secondary acidic smoke from cigarettes or living and/or working in acidic polluted environments. The best way to protect any cell from acidic genetic change that can lead to a cancerous condition is to maintain the delicate alkaline pH of the fluids surrounding that cell with an alkaline lifestyle and diet."

Granted, there may not be any "hard" data on their usefulness as you appropriately would like, but "alkalinizing" one's system does appear to have some potential benefits vis-a-vis enhancing other detoxification strategies. Young Life - Young Energy - Young Love

Can positive or negative thoughts and emotions affect the body's delicate biochemistry or the acid/alkaline pH balance?

Love, fear, joy, anger, sadness, happiness, and resentment.

Can positive or negative emotions affect our bodies' physical, mental and spiritual health?

Is a woman more likely to become pregnant if she eats a lot of vegetables or if she goes on a long, relaxing vacation? Are you more likely to end up with cancer if you have a hot temper? Do people who laugh a lot live longer? Does your fear or discomfort with crowds, elevators, blood, heights, spiders, hospitals, or flying in airplanes somehow affect your health?

My theory of one sickness, one disease and one health, set forth in what I call "The New Biology," not only considers how our diet affects our physiology, but also how our psychology affects our physiology and how our psychology affects our spirituality.

Not only does the health of your body affect the emotions of your mind, but your thoughts and feelings can affect the health of your entire body.

Bottom line, your mental state is so critical. In ever so many ways, your mental state, if it's negative, can create more metabolic acids than the acidic food that you're eating.

In fact, you can create two or three times more metabolic acids from your thoughts or your mental and emotional state than from ingesting highly acidic dairy, animal protein, sugar or alcohol.

So your thoughts are critical. Your thoughts or words do become matter, and can affect your physiology in a negative or positive way. Your thoughts do become biology. And the way that thoughts become biology is as follows:

When you have a thought or say a word, it requires electrical or electron energy for the brain cell(s) to produce those actions. And as you carrying on with that thought, you are burning or consuming energy. And when you are consuming energy in your thoughts, you are producing a biological waste product called acid and an energetic acidic waste product which can be measured in hertz and decibels.

Next, if the metabolic acids from your thoughts are not properly eliminated through the four channels of elimination which are urination, perspiration, respiration or defecation, then the acids from your thoughts are moved out into your connective and fatty tissues­. Metabolic and/or dietary acid cannot be allowed to affect the delicate pH of the blood. The delicate balance of the blood must be maintain at a constant 7.365 to remain healthy.

What happens next is this. As the excess and overload of metabolic acid from your emotions are thrown out into the body tissues, this can easily lead to all sorts of symptomologies: lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis, muscle pain, fatigue, tiredness, obesity, cancerous breasts, cancerous prostate, cancerous stomach and/or bowels, indigestion, acid reflux, heart burn, heart attacks, and the list goes on and on.

For example let's say you've been doing sadness or depression. This downer feeling is coming from a negative experience that you keep looping and re-looping in your head. It's like a mind movie. It's a mini-drama that you keep playing over and over. And because you are constantly thinking about it, eventually you even start to be concerned or worried about the fact that you are so preoccupied with the whole affair. So now in addition to the sad drama, you have upset about the fact that you're having the drama itself. All this thinking requires energy and when your are consuming energy you are producing metabolic acids.

Do you know any angry people? You may not know it, but many people who become angry easily not only get angry at various people, events, and situations, but eventually they are irritated with themselves for being so angry at everything else. Anger, for instance, requires a tremendous amount of energy and emits a tremendous amount of electrical energy. You have undoubtedly felt the vibrational energy of someone who is angry. Or maybe you have felt your own anger and how it can upset your physiology, i.e., especially upset your stomach and bowels with acid.

Even worse, many of these negative emotions are chronic and can be traced all the way back to early childhood experiences. So, at one level or another, it's been going on for a long time­ and creating excessive acid all along. Early childhood are some of the most fearful and vulnerable years for many people. Have you ever wondered why you can't remember much before age five or six? Many of those years are filled with fears and tears, mads and sads ­and how about the "bads"? What happened when you were "bad?"

Chronic emotions begin early:

"O dear white children casual as birds, Playing among the ruined languages, So small beside their large confusing words, So gay against the greater silences, Of dreadful things you did..."

It is during these vulnerable and unprotected years that we often plant eternal seeds of emotion that will yield an unwelcome harvest of acidic internal results, perhaps throughout one's entire life.

The turmoil between parents and children, not to mention the conflicts between children and children, have been documented by literally millions of social science books are articles.

"Children begin by loving their parents; after a time they judge them; Rarely, if ever, do they forgive them."

So, let's take a look at all of that emotion. Perhaps you are feeling emotional. It could be any emotion.

First of all, emotions are energy in motion. When you are (e)motional, you are energetic, either in a positive or negative way. And if you are energetic in your (e)motions, you are literally energy in (e)motion. You are now producing metabolic acids at a very high rate which is a waste product of such (e)motions that will make you sick, tired and depressed.

The rate of acid production in an (e)motional state can be even greater than that of someone who is jogging or working out. So, your thoughts do become biological or metabolic acids that can make you sick, tired, depressed, angry and even too fat or thin.

When you start producing acids with your thoughts, what happens inside? First, you activate the alkaline-buffering systems of the body in order to neutralize these (e)motional acids. The body begins making a primary alkaline buffer know as sodium bicarbonate. It's actually made from the blood and in its production it creates a waste product known as hydrochloric acid. This poisonous acid cannot remain in the blood so it is left in the gastric pits of the stomach. This is why people get upset stomachs when they are (e)motional. This necessary increase of sodium bicarbonate is critical in maintaining the alkaline design of the body and the fluid pH of the blood and interstitial fluids at pH 7.365. If (e)motional acids, including the hydrochloric acid, are not buffered and/or eliminated through the four channels of elimination, they can create serious health challenges in your body, mind, and spirit.

On the other hand, positive (e)motions, such as love, peace, hope, faith, joy, forgiveness and charity can be alkalizing to the blood and tissues. These (e)motions require far less energy in motion and can cause you to be relaxed in your mind and stop the playing of an acidic movie in your head. Students of higher consciousness know that you can even enter into a state of bliss wherein you have no thoughts and wherein you are producing no metabolic acid.

For myself, I have decided to call this place "Young Love." That's because I exercise and meditate every day. And I Love it! And it raises my level of consciousness and connection with the world. The connections between "Young" and "Love" are numerous. My name is Young, of course, and the purpose of life is Love. So Young and Love go together. I Love my exercising and it Loves me back in terms of its gifts to me. I find myself Loving this state of bliss daily which I know is helping to alkalize my body. That is why I am addicted to­--and why I Love--this type of alkalizing exercise that I do every day. It's called a Positive Addiction. I Love to have my friends and guests work out with me as I lead them through the steps. I teach them the Young version of Yoga. I tell them that it is known as Younga Yoga. They Love that. (Well, at least they laugh.) It incorporates proper breathing, stretching, toning, mediation, relaxation, and of course some sweating to remo ve yesterday's dietary and metabolic acid and to bring me into a state of happiness and bliss.

Through my personal and clinical research, I have found that maintaining the alkaline design of my body with an alkaline lifestyle and diet is the most important thing anyone can do to live a happier and more blissful life. Having an alkaline day is a way of life that I call Young Living. I guarantee you that what I call Young Love will go hand-in-hand with the goal of Young Living.

Now this next thought is very important! The negative (e)motions of anger, resentment, and fear­ being the most powerful and acidifying of all emotions­ are all highly acidic to the blood and tissues and in many ways are paralyzing to all bodily functions. Over time, the fear of the unknown is probably the most powerful and acidic of them all. Fear is so devastating to the body that even if you're on an alkaline diet, overcoming a serious health challenge is practically impossible.

In such a case, with apparently little or no improvement, you might be wondering if the pH Miracle Lifestyle and Diet may not be working. You may be asking, "What else am I not doing that I should be? How come I feel the way that I'm feeling? I'm eating the right way, I'm drinking the right alkaline electron rich water, but I can't seem to achieve the type of extraordinary health and energy that I'm seeking." In most cases, it will come down to your negative acidic (e)motions or thoughts that are holding you back from achieving extraordinary health, fitness, mental clarity, happiness, love, charity and bliss.

The leading cause of death in the world today is said to be heart attacks. But people are having "thought attacks," NOT "heart attacks." There are studies showing that over 80% of all heart attacks are (e)motionally triggered. I have said that people don't die of a heart attack, they die of a thought attack that medical science refers to as a heart attack. And if you have wondered if you can die from a broken heart, the answer is absolutely! And the cause? Acids from energy in motion or (e)motion. The loss of a cherished love one can increase your metabolic acids from the (e)motion to the point that it can stop your heart from beating and pumping life-giving blood throughout your blood vessels. And life and death is in the blood.

So, is it fair to say that negative emotions can affect the way a person feels and heals if a person is overwhelmed with negative (e)motions? Does anyone have a fair chance of healing themselves from a degenerative disease or dis-ease like heart disease or cancer? Can you ever achieve a state of blissful happiness? I say "absolutely!"

Given the importance of (e)motions in cancer or acidic causation, etc., I have been particularly interested in the unique biochemistry of the "reptilian brain" which includes the Amygdala. Acid or sugar activates the areas of the Amygdala very specifically. I have wondered if the pH Miracle electron-rich alkaline Lifestyle and Diet is not more "calming" to the lower (e)motions (responses of the reptilian brain) than a drug which "inactivates the Amygdala...assuming we still find value in sexual attraction, socialization, and attraction to home and hearth (all functions of the Amygdala as much as "fight and flight")."

In our attempts to find a drug to treat everything, we (more often than not) create more problems than we eliminate...one step forward and three steps backward. I know that ADHD responds to an alkaline regime....and hyperactivity is an Amygdala function ..so it follows that an alkaline lifestyle and diet would produce less "stress" (really just the fight or flight mechanism by another name) as well.

The pH Miracle electron-rich alkaline lifestyle and diet is calming to the mind and thus calms the negative (e)motions or energy in motion. This calming of the Amygdala function produces less "stress." And, with less "stress" you have less "acid." And, with less "acid" you have less sickness, dis-ease, so-called disease, depression and unhappiness.

Can our (e)motions cause cancer? Absolutely!

I have said that cancer is a four letter word - ACID. When you are doing negative acidic (e)motions, such as anger, revenge, hate, sadness or depression you are creating metabolic acids that can cause ANY and ALL cancerous conditions of the body tissues. If metabolic acids are not removed via urination, perspiration, defecation or respiration then they are delivered to the body tissues. When constant excess acid from negative (e)motions are poured into the body tissues the body tissues will degenerate causing a cancerous condition. Pharmaceutical companies are creating drugs that may give you the illusion of feeling better but they DO NOT deal with the metabolic acids from negative acidic (e)motions. This can only lead to more physical and emotional pain.

When you are in a negative (e)motional state, it can become impossible for you to heal your serious degenerative or acidic challenge. But, I will say this: if you are willing to commit to change and begin the alkalizing process, even if you are not completely out of your state of fear, anger, depression or anger, you will begin to put more Young Life, Young Energy, and Young Love into your body.

When you're living and eating an alkaline lifestyle and diet and when you are overwhelmed with negative (e)motions, thank God if you are living and eating an alkaline lifestyle and diet or you might be dead. Your acid causing (e)motions can kill you. But the pH Miracle alkaline Lifestyle and Diet is the saving grace of all this and the hope and love that you can hang on and be healthy physically and mentally.

It has been said that you can live without food for forty days, you can live without water for four days, you can live without air for about four minutes, but you cannot live without love for more than a second. You see, love is the key, and that's what the pH Miracle Lifestyle and Diet and "Young Living and Young Love" will do for you - give you the hope and love you are seeking and deserve. When I have a client that's in negative acid forming (e)motions, all the body fluids, including the blood will show a decline in the pH even if this person has been eating an alkaline diet. In order to buffer the acid forming (e)motions the client will have to hyper-alkalize the blood and then tissues to bring the body back into alkaline balance. When the client is hyper-alkalizing the pH of the urine will increase into the high 8's and 9's. Hyper-alkalization is necessary in order to overcompensate for the negative acidic producing (e)motions and to bring the body back to health, energy, vitality, hope, peace, harmony and "Young Love."

I have found over the years that when you start feeling better, you start thinking better. And when you start thinking better, you start doing better. So, you don't have to have your (e)motions under control in order to start losing weight, to start feeling better, to start reversing a serious illness, to start to have more sustainable Young Energy and to start to be happy, blissful and spiritually connected.

You forget that you were angry. You forget that you were fearful. In fact you forget what you were fearful about in the first place. Why because you feel so good. You are rewriting your genetics with your positive (e)motions. You are taking your alkalizing eraser and erasing all your past life's negative (e)motions. You will be living an alkaline lifestyle and diet full of energy, happiness, bliss and love. You will be living and breathing "Young Love."

Alkaline Diet Eveidence: Another Scientific Journal Backs Dr. Young's Theory

I'm often asked: if Dr Young is so sure about this Alkaline Diet theory, why hasn't anyone ever validated it with a study.

A fair enough question.

My answer is this:

To research a whole, holistic approach to health would cost millions. You would have to have a significantly sized sample group all following this diet to the letter over a very long period of time. To test for results against outcomes as wide ranging as from cancer to eczema and from libido to acne would require a massive sample and so many different control groups it is just impossible.

BUT what you can test is individual effects, and this is already being done in the health and science world.

I posted a few months ago about the alkaline diet and bone health being validated in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism and there are heaps of other studies, from peer-reviewed, top-ranked, scientific journals that prove that meat and dairy cause cancers, vegetarians have a lowered risk of heart disease and diabetes, high-sugar drinks lead to osteoporosis, a diet rich in omega 3 protects against brain and motor-skill degeneration etc. These are all backing up the alkaline diet as each is proving the efficacy of each of the core principles of alkalizing.
The Alkaline Diet Cures Everything?

Just because a study is yet to be published in AJCN or BJM that has the headline: 'Alkaline Diet Cures Everything' - does not mean that this approach to health is not constantly being validated, bit by bit, in various prestigious journals all over the world.

Which brings me onto this belter of an article I have just stumbled upon from the Journal of Nutrition. Published in January 2008, the title is: The Balance of Bone Health: Tipping the Scales in Favor of Potassium-Rich, Bicarbonate-Rich Foods The Alkaline Theory is Put Beyond Doubt

I will firstly summarize the article, and then give my thoughts and opinions on this and relate it back to Dr Young's theories. There are a lot of related points and so I will bullet point them so that I don't lose you or get lost myself!

Summary of the Article

The article is concerned with the bone health in the Western world, with costs estimated at $17.9 billion per year in the USA and costs in Europe well in excess of €13.9 billion being spent on treating osteoporosis.

The review article outlines the current evidence available in the literature linking potassium-rich, bicarbonate-rich foods to osteoporosis prevention and bone mineral density (BMD). The review includes clinical studies, dietary intervention studies and cross-sectional/longitudinal, observational studies from a variety of peer-reviewed research studies/articles.

In short, the review covers a substantial amount of literature in this field and the findings are that:

A diet rich in vegetable and fruits that are high in potassium and bicarbonate has an unquestionable benefit to bone health Key Points, My Thoughts & Why This Matters

The philosophy of the alkaline diet (briefly) is that the body has to maintain a pH balance of 7.365 in the blood and other cells. In the same way that it has to maintain your body temperature within a certain range - it will also do whatever it takes to maintain that pH balance. To do so we have a small amount of alkaline buffers to neutralise acids consumed, however, with the modern Western diet this buffer is always very quickly exhausted, and the body has to draw alkaline minerals (magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium - principally) from wherever it can to keep our pH at 7.365.

This article is cast-iron guaranteed proof of this philosophy. So with this in mind, here are my thoughts on the key points. I am going to bullet my points for the sake of brevity!

* The article states that a diet rich in potassium and sodium bicarbonate (both highly alkaline minerals) leads to stronger, more health bones. In fact it actually states "potassium-rich, bicarbonate-rich foods (i.e., fruits and vegetables or dietary alkali) (are linked) to osteoporosis prevention" - however, it also goes to point out that vegetables are a far superior source than dairy because not only are vegetables a source of the combination of potassium and bicarbonate but also, the vegetable diet reduced the "acid load" compared to dairy and led to higher calcium absorption.
* The article also references the famous Aberdeen Prospective Osteoporosis Screening Study (APOSS) stating that:

(the study has) shown specific associations between nutrients found in abundance in fruits and vegetables and both axial and peripheral bone mass and markers of bone resorption. Women (n = 994) in the lowest quartile of intake for potassium, magnesium, fiber, vitamin C, and ?-carotene had significantly lower lumbar spine and femoral neck bone mineral density (BMD)...APOSS has shown a consistent longitudinal beneficial effect of fruit and vegetable nutrients on bone loss in premenopausal women

* My favourite quote from the study, however, is this:

Adult humans on a normal Western diet generate ~1 mEq/kg body weight of acid per day. Of course, the more acid precursors a diet contains, the greater the degree of systemic acidity. Hence, in the West, there are good data to show that we consume a very acidic diet.

Clear mechanisms exist for a deleterious effect of acid on bone.

Novel work in the 1980s by Arnett and Dempster demonstrated a direct enhancement of osteoclastic activity following a reduction in extracellular pH. This effect was shown to be independent of the influence of parathyroid hormone. Osteoclasts and osteoblasts appear to respond independently to small changes in pH in the culture medium in which they are growing. Work by Arnett and Spowage and work by Bushinsky have shown evidence that a small drop in pH, close to the physiological range, causes a tremendous burst in bone resorption. Metabolic acidosis has also been shown to stimulate resorption by activating mature osteoclasts already present in calvarial bone rather than by inducing formation of new osteoclasts.

To put this in simple terms: when our cellular pH goes down, our bones break down. This makes even more sense when you understand that 'bone resorption' is the process by which osteoclasts break down bone and release the minerals, resulting in a transfer of calcium from bone fluid to the blood (definition from Wikipedia).

So - when our pH drops, our bones break down to release alkaline minerals back into our blood to raise the pH of our blood and other cells!

This is solid, solid proof of Dr Young's theory! As stated earlier, when we consume too much acid and exhaust our alkaline buffers, our body grabs alkaline minerals from wherever it can to neutralise these acids - and this is a really clear example of this happening.

The DASH trial was the first to indicate a link between a dietary alkali load and bone. The DASH diet comprises careful selection of low-fat dairy products, reduced amounts of meat, and a high consumption of whole grains and fruits and vegetables. In contrast, the control diet in the DASH trial reflected a typical Westernized diet that is higher in fat and low in dairy, fruit, and vegetable products. The DASH diet was associated with a significant decline in blood pressure compared with baseline measurements.

What's this? The subjects who were following an alkaline diet not only had much stronger bones but they also showed a significant decline in blood pressure compared with those not on an alkaline diet.

This research study clearly puts two things beyond doubt for me:

1. Consuming dietary or supplementary alkali will help maintain and grow bone density
2. Consuming an overly acidic diet will lead to bones breaking down in order to maintain blood and cell pH at the slightly alkaline level of 7.365

I've always truly believed in the alkaline approach to health, but I have to say, this article puts it well beyond doubt for me. For a review article to get published in such a top-ranked, peer-reviewed Journal, that lists study after study after study backing this theory is simply absolute, unquestionable validation of the alkaline approach to health.

Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) is Poisonous To The Body

Many people ask me about what good alkaline electron-rich water does since "everyone knows" it is just going into the highly acidic stomach.

The problem here is not with the alkaline water meeting acid, it is with what "everyone knows."

There is no hydrochloric acid pouch in our body. The stomach wall makes sodium bicarbonate to alkalize the food not digest the food. For every molecule of sodium bicarbonate produced to increase the alkalinity of food a molecule of HCl is also created. HCL is a very strong and toxic acid.

The HCL falls into the gastric pits of the stomach away from the food as the sodium bicarbonate rises to the top to contact the food for alkalizing. That is why after the food leaves the stomach there is no sodium bicarbonate left just the remaining HCL acid that has to be eliminated through the blood and/or lymph.

Low water content, acid-forming foods like meats, eggs, and breads cause the release of larger amounts of sodium bicarbonate with an equal amount of HCl poison. High-water-content foods such as non-starchy vegetables require much less sodium bicarbonate to alkalize the food and therefore there is less HCL acid residue in the stomach left over after the food has exited. The result is no indigestion or risk of acid reflux or stomach ulcers or even stomach cancer.

Alkaline electron-rich water--being extremely high in electron content! -- does not trigger the release of sodium bicarbonate and thus does not cause the creation of the acid HCl, so it does not interfere with the alkalizing of the food. In fact alkaline electron-rich water with its high concentration of electrons helps the alkalizing of the food and also helps to neutralize the caustic acidic poisonous HCL, preventing the acidification of the blood and tissues.

So drink up alkalize electron-rich water, juices and green drink!

Chocolate, Acai, Tea Leaves, Cola Nut, Cocao and Cocoa Mulch Can KILL!

If you walk on all fours and have fur or if you walk on two legs and don't have fur, two caffeine-like ingredients in chocolate, Theobromine (aka xantheose) and Methybromine can kill you and your pet animal if ingested. Not only is Theobromine and Methybromine found in chocolate, it's also present in acai berries, tea leaves, the cola nut, cacao, and Cocoa Mulch.

Emails about Cocoa Mulch have been circulating around the Internet since 2003, and more frequently since 2007 when Calypso, a three year old Labrador, had a seizure and dropped dead on a walk after ingesting the garden mulch made from cacao bean shells. The same thing is happening to humans!

Hershey's, the manufacturer of Cocoa Mulch, states that "50% of the dogs that eat Cocoa Mulch can suffer physical harm to a variety of degrees...98% of all dogs won't eat it."

Dr. Robert O. Young, Director of Research at the pH Miracle Living Center, "chocolate, acai, cola nut, cacao and cocoa are all highly acidic and their poisonous acids will kill animals quickly and humans slowly. Unfortunately many of these acidic foods are being sold as health foods for the body as antioxidants. Chocolate, acai, cola nut, cocao and cocoa are not antioxidants but highly acidic oxidants that when ingested will steal electron energy from the body and use up stored alkaline buffers. This can then lead to sickness, dis-ease and many so-called diseases in animals and humans. My best advice is to never eat these so-called foods. They are not foods and especially not health foods. Since there are many other brands of garden mulch, if you have a dog, the best choice to another brand that is free of cocoa.

Easter is a few weeks away and chocolate will grow in abundance in the form of eggs, carrots, and rabbits, so take extra care and keep these tempting treats out of the reach of your animals and especially your children!

In the worse case scenario, here is some information that will help determine what action should be taken if your dog or cat or child eats a bunny ear. The higher the cocoa content the more toxic it becomes.

* 1 ounce of Milk Chocolate is toxic per 1 pound of body weight
* 1 ounce of Semisweet Chocolate is toxic per 3 pounds of body weight
* 1 ounce of Baker's Chocolate is toxic per 9 pounds of body weight

For example, 2 ounces of Baker's Chocolate can put your 15 pound dog or baby at great risk, while 2 ounces of Milk Chocolate will usually cause simple digestive problems.

The clinical signs of chocolate, acai berries, tea leaves, cola nut, cocao and cocoa toxicity are:

Hyper excitability
Hyper irritability
Increased heart rate
Restlessness
Increased urination
Muscle tremors
Vomiting
Diarrhea

"The acid sugar combined with the acids Theobromine and Methylbromine found in chocolate and cocao are a deadly combination. Why risk the health and the life of your animal or even your child. The acidification of blood plasma can lead to degeneration of the red and white blood cells, internal blood clotting and chaining of the red blood cells. This condition of the blood leads to light headedness, cold hands, cold feet, forgetfulness, muddle thinking or brain fog, stroke, heart attack, tumor formation and internal bleeding, just to name a few

I have been studying the acid/alkaline conditions of the blood for over twenty-five years and have determined that all sickness and dis-ease or body warming is caused by the over-acidification of the blood and tissues.

Scientists have been studying the acid/alkaline conditions at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea.

Natural carbon dioxide vents on the sea floor are showing scientists how carbon emissions will affect marine life.

Dissolved CO2 makes water more acidic, and around the vents, researchers saw a fall in species numbers, and snails with their shells disintegrating because of the increase of acid C02.

Writing in the journal Nature, the UK scientists suggest these impacts are likely to be seen across the world as CO2 levels rise in the atmosphere.

Some of the extra CO2 emitted enters the oceans, acidifying waters globally.

The only way of reducing the impact of ocean acidification is the urgent reduction in CO2 emissions.

"These same principals of acidification of the ocean also apply to the acidification of our body and the causative reason for the increase in cancer, heart disease, diabetes and all other degenerative diseases," states Dr. Robert O. Young, a research scientist at the pH Miracle Living Center.

"Studies have shown that the seas have become more acidic since the industrial revolution," states Carol Turley. of the Plymouth Marine Laboratory.

Research leader Jason Hall-Spencer from the University of Plymouth said that atmospheric CO2 concentrations were now so high that even a sharp fall in emissions would not prevent some further acidification of the ocean.

"It's clear that marine food webs as we know them are going to alter, and biodiversity will decrease," he told BBC News.

"Those impacts are inevitable because acidification is inevitable - we've started it, and we can't stop it."

Corals construct their external skeletons by extracting dissolved calcium carbonate from seawater and using it to form two minerals, calcite and aragonite. Molluscs use the same process to make their shells.

As water becomes more acidic, the concentration of calcium carbonate falls. Eventually there is so little that shells or skeletons cannot form.

The oceans are thought to have absorbed about half of the extra CO2 put into the atmosphere in the industrial age. This has lowered its pH by 0.1 pH is the measure of acidity and alkalinity.

The vast majority of liquids lie between pH 0 (highly acidic) and pH 14 (highly alkaline); 7 is the midpoint of the pH scale. Seawater is mildly alkaline with a "natural" pH of about 8.3.

The IPCC forecasts that ocean pH will fall by "between 0.14 and 0.35 units over the 21st Century, adding to the present decrease of 0.1 units since pre-industrial times."

Around the vents which Dr Hall-Spencer's team investigated, in the Mediterranean Sea near the Italian coast, CO2 bubbling into the water forms a sort of natural laboratory for studying the impacts of acidified water on marine life.

Globally, the seas now have an average pH of about
8.1 - down about 0.2 since the dawn of the industrial age.

Around the vents, it fell as low as 7.4 in some places.
But even at 7.8 to 7.9, the number of species present was 30% down compared with neighboring areas.

Coral was absent, and species of algae that use calcium carbonate were displaced in favour of species that do not use it.

Snails were seen with their shells dissolving.
There were no snails at all in zones with a pH of 7.4.

Meanwhile, sea grasses thrived, perhaps because they benefit from the extra carbon in the water.

These observations confirm that some of the processes seen in laboratory experiments and some of the predictions made by computer models of ocean ecosystems do also happen in the real world.

"I can't count the number of times that scientific talks end with 'responses have not yet been documented in the field'," said Elliott Norse, president of the Marine Conservation Biology Institute (MCBI).

"This paper puts that to rest for several ecologically important marine groups."

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) suggests that without measures to restrain carbon dioxide emissions, ocean pH is likely to fall to about
7.8 by 2100.

This suggests that some of the impacts seen around the Mediterranean vents might be widespread.

"I think we will see the same pattern in other parts of the world, because we're talking about keystone species such as mussels and limpets and barnacles being lost as pH drops," said Dr Hall-Spencer.

The IPCC suggests that some areas, notably the Southern Ocean, might feel the impacts at lower concentrations of CO2.

Last month, scientists reported that water with
CO2 levels high enough to be "corrosive" to marine life was rising up off the western US coast.

Bottom water naturally contains more CO2 than at shallower depths. This scientific team argues that human emissions have pushed these levels even higher, contributing to pH values as low 7.5 in waters heavily used by US fishermen.

"If [pH 7.8] is a universal 'tipping point', then it indicates that sections of the western coast waters off North America may have passed this threshold during periods when this upwelling of waters high in CO2 occurs," commented Carol Turley from Plymouth Marine Laboratory (PML), who was not involved in the Mediterranean Sea study (PML is not affiliated with Plymouth University).

Organisms such as coral are also damaged by rising temperatures, and studies are ongoing into the combined effect of a warming and acidifying ocean.

Seagrasses were among the few beneficiaries of more acid waters. There is much to learn. And during the coming week, scientists will announce the inauguration of the European Project on Ocean Acidification (Epoca), a four-year, 16m euro (£12.5m) initiative aiming to find some answers.

Studying the impacts may prove easier than doing anything about them.

"The reason that the oceans are becoming more acidic is because of the CO2 emissions that we are producing from burning fossil fuels," observed Dr Turley.

"Add CO2 to seawater and you get carbonic acid; it's simple chemistry, and therefore certain.

"This means that the only way of reducing the future impact of ocean acidification is the urgent, substantial reduction in CO2 emissions."

According to Dr. Young, "ocean acidification is the macro view of our oceans becoming sick and tired and the primary causative factor in global warming.
The death and extinction of marine life is the result of this acidification which can be prevented with alkalizing measures."

"Body acidification is the micro view of our internal oceans becoming sick and tired and the primary causative factor in body warming or all sickness and dis-ease. The death and extinction of the human race will be a result of an over- acidification of the blood and tissues due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. This is what scientist have determined happened to the extinction of the Mayan Race. We can prevent all sickness and dis-ease (cancer, heart dis-ease, diabetes, etc.) and the potential extinction of the human race by learning how to maintain the alkaline design of our body. These life changing and life saving principals are taught in our pH Miracle books, DVD's and CD's."

As you might know when the body becomes acidic there is a thinning of the bones to help maintain the alkalinity of the blood at 7.375. The same thing is happening to our oceans. They are becoming more acidic with an increasing carbon dioxide burden. The result is the shells of microscopic animals in the ocean are becoming thinner thanks to the oceans's adsorption and absorption of the excess carbon dioxide. The shells of these creatures are about one-third lighter.

This is causing the normal ocean pH to drop from 8.3 to an alarming 8.1. If this trend of a declining pH continues all marine life will perish in less then twenty-five years.

The same thing is happening to the human body, I call this body warming and is caused by the body adsorbing and absorbing metabolic and dietary acids not properly eliminated through urination, perspiration, defecation and respiration. This is also causing a thinning of our shells or the skeletal system.
This is the cause of osteopenia and ostoeporosis.

As carbon dioxide from the burning of fossil fuels has accumulated in the atmosphere, some of it has been absorbed by the ocean. As the gas dissolves in the water, it forms a weak acid (the same kind that's in (carbonated soft drinks), causing the ocean and the human body itself to become gradually more acidic.

As ocean water or body water becomes more acidic, it also lowers the amount of calcium carbonate available to aquatic animals or body cells that use the mineral to build shells or skeletons, such as corals or human bones.

These organisms can be important links in the marine food chain.

Scientists have predicted that the increase in ocean acidification could significantly reduce the ability of these creatures to build their casings, potentially devastating them and causing rippling effects through the ecosystem.

But "until now the potential impact on ocean chemistry and marine life has been based on projections and models" and laboratory experiments, said leader of the new study, Will Howard of the Antarctic Climate & Ecosystems Cooperative Research Centre in Australia.

With funding from the Australian Government Department of Climate Change, Howard and his colleagues collected microscopic marine animals - called planktonic foraminifera, or forams - from the South Tasman Rise region of the Southern Ocean. They compared the weights of the shells of these modern forams to those trapped in ocean sediments before the industrial revolution and the build-up of carbon dioxide.

They found that the modern shell weights were 30 to 35 percent lower than those of the older forams.

The researchers also found a link between higher atmospheric carbon dioxide levels and lower shell weights in a 50,000-year-long record from a marine sediment core (a long column drilled out from the ocean floor that shows layers of sediments as they were laid down over time).

"Today's results publish the first evidence from nature, rather than a laboratory, that the two are linked," Howard said.
The findings are detailed in the March 8 issue of the Journal Nature Geoscience.

If the results are applicable to the rest of the ocean, they could lead to large ecosystem shifts.

"The potential knock-on effects pose significant implications for the oceanic food chain and the findings are a worrying signal of what we can expect to see elsewhere in the future," Howard said.
"The Southern Ocean is giving us a strong indication of an acidification process that will spread throughout the global ocean."

As far as the acidification of the human race it is an epidemic!
This is why we will continue to see the increase in all degenerative conditions such as cancer, diabetes, heart dis-ease, MS, ALS, birth defects, dementia, etc.

Prevention is the cure for global warming and for body warming.

Signs of Aging - 45 BioMarkers - And How To Live Beyond 100 Years

The following are 45 bio-markers for aging and how to reverse them for living and enjoying life to its fullest.

This is not an exhaustive list, and is in no particular order but are keys to the fountain of youth and living beyond 100 years.

1. Muscle mass decreases. (muscle/weight/height Body Mass Index Increases)

2. Fat increases as a percentage of body weight.

3. Strength, energy and speed of the body decreases.

4. Base Metabolic Rate (metabolism) decreases.

5. Aerobic Capacity, the capacity to process oxygen, decreases. Red blood cells as a percentage of total blood volume (hematocrit) decreases until the average at age 90 is what is considered to be "anemia" at age 40.

6. Body cells become resistant to insulin.

7. LDL Cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol) and triglicerides increase, and HDL Cholesterol ("good" cholesterol) falls.

8. Blood pressure increases.

9. Bone mineral density decreases.

10. Density of calcium in circulatory system increases.

11. Kidney functions decrease.

12. We lose neurons in our brain. This leads to Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Senile Dementia.

13. The vagus nerve, the longest nerve in our body, deteriorates... and all the nervous system surely also deteriorates.

14. Growth Hormone secretion drops.

15. Testosterone in men, and estrogen and progesterone in women, drops.

16. Sexual desire drops.

17. Thyroid (a hormone which affects metabolism) drops.

18. Melatonine (a hormone which regulates the body clock) drops.

26. The thickness of skin decreases, resulting in more wrinkles.

27. Prolactin, a female hormone, increases in the body of a male, presumably depriving him of some sexual libido.

28. Water proportion in the body and in the skin, drops. This results (among other things) in dryer skin, and more wrinkles.

29. Sense of hearing drops.

30. Sense of taste drops... "everything tastes the same"

31. Sense of vision, especially capacity to read small letters in low light, decreases.

32. Hair falls and loses its color (it becomes white).

33. The thymus gland, the master of the immune system, shrinks and atrophys, thus lessening our immune system.

34. Our liver, brain, and other critical organs shrink in size, thus affecting their functions.

35. Lipofuscine ("liver spots") accumulates in our hands and our brains. This snuffs out many neurons in our brain.

36. The circulatory system deteriorates in length and width.

37. The velocity of blood flow decreases.

38. Inflammation increases in our body.

39. "Deep sleep" becomes more scarce and less profound.

40. Digestion becomes slower and less complete.

41. The retina of the eye becomes thinner, in many cases detaching.

42. The macula of the eye loses some of its shape after age 40, and causes distorted vision.

43. Micro-vessels in the eye pop, covering the retina, causing partial loss of vision, or complete blindness.

44. Night-vision decreases.

45. Melanocytes continually release small amounts of the brown- black pigment called melanin into the skin. Exposure to sunlight signals the melanocytes to produce more melanin. Melanin determines our normal skin color and attempts to protect our skin from severe sun damage. As we age, our melanocytes begin to function less effectively. The density of active melanocytes in the skin is reduced by 10% to 20% every 10 years, starting in our late 30's and 40's. Melanocytes are also responsible for hair color, so their loss explains why 50% of people are gray by age 50.

The good news is that for everything that can happen, for each sign of aging there is a cause, and there is a natural approach to slow down or stop the sign of aging completely, or even reverse the course. The following are the keys to slowing down and/or stopping the aging process and living to over 100.

1. Muscle mass decreases... on the average about 7 lbs. per decade... this loss accelerates after age 45.

And what to do about it: Do exercises to increase muscle mass, or to decrease the rate of loss. Take 1 teaspoon of glutathione 3 times a day, which will help to increase muscle mass. Eat more high chlorophyll foods to build blood and in turn builds muscles. Eliminate all animal protein and complex carbohydrate intake to reduce acidity that tenderizes and weakens muscle cell. Whole body or whole cell exercising with a rebounder and/or whole body vibrational machine will help to remove acids from the tissues and prevent and/or reverse tissue wasting. Drink 4 to 5 liters or quarts of electron rich alkaline water with 1 to 2 scoops of pHruits and pHloage and/or Doc Broc Power Plants.

2. Fat percentage increases from 25% to more than 40%.

And what to do about it: Eat less sugar and protein in your diet which causes the body to retain fat to buffer the excess acids. Eliminate undigested proteins in the 9 yards of the intestines with oral alimentary canal cleaners, enemas and colonic irrigation. Take 2 to 3 teaspoons of Young pHorever pHlush which contains magnesium oxide to break-up undigested animal proteins, sticky acids from complex carbohydrates and acid bound mucous.

3. Body strength, energy, and speed decreases.

And what to do about it: Do low impact and static attraction exercises every day for 1 hour. Try to EAT much more chlorophyll rich foods and eat 60 grams of polyunsaturated fats.

4. Base Metabolic Rate (Metabolism) decreases. The thyroid gland produces less hormone.

And what to do about it: Eliminate All animal protein and complex carbohydrates, eat more alkaline electron rich, high water content and high chlorophyll content foods and drinks. Start taking 1 to 2 teaspoons of pHour salts containing sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium. Spray the pHlavor salt in your mouth every hour or when you feel a decrease in energy.

5. Aerobic capacity (capacity to process oxygen) decreases.

And what to do about it: Do low impact aerobic exercises such as rebounding, walking, jogging, and whole body vibration every day for at least 1 hour. Exercise is all around good -- giving you the positive effects of increased endorphins and a reduced waistline. It makes your heart stronger by pumping more blood with less effort, lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, prevents and controls diabetes, strengthens bones and muscles and controls weight. Convinced yet? A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine showed that participants who had moderate to high exercise routines lived 1.3 to 3.7 years longer than their couch potato counterparts. Clear the bowels of any undigested animal and dairy products. Drink 1 tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll every hour to help build the blood.

6. Body cells lose sensitivity to insulin.

And what to do about it: Avoid all sugars (natural sugars like honey, agave or stevia) and complex carbohydrates in your diet, increase healthy fats in your diet from avocado, olive, hemp, pumpkin, sesame, etc., and eliminate all protein in your diet. If you are overweight, try to lose weight through the pH Miracle alkaline diet and low impact and static attraction exercise. Do exercises to increase muscle mass and eliminate acids, which will help to lower high insulin levels. As you eliminate acidity and clear the bowels of undigested protein and carbohydrate, this will reverse your sensitivity to insulin. Take supplements with chromium and vanadium, which will help insulin to work better. Take supplemental sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, long chain fats, arginine, carnitine, and especially veggie based glutathione. 7. LDL Cholesterol, (Low Density Lipoprotein, the "good cholesterol) increases when we are more acidic, and HDL Cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein, the "good" cholesterol) decreases when we are eating acidic foods.

And what to do about it: Avoid animal protein, all sugar, and complex carbohydrate foods whenever you can. Take chromium, vanadium, Omega-3 from hemp seed, Omega-5 from pomegranate seed, amino acids such as glutathione, taurine, cysteine, carnitine. Eat alkaline, high chlorophyll fruits and vegetables with a high content of water and fiber. Never take injected growth hormone!
Eating up to two portions of fish on a weekly basis is beneficial, reported the Harvard School of Public Health. In fact, eating fish could possibly cut the risk of death by heart disease by one-third. Here's why: omega-3's fatty acids are healthy. They keep blood from clotting, lower the amount of fats in the bloodstream and reduce the risk of obesity. Plus, they provide a lot of nutrients like selenium, antioxidants and protein. However, pregnant women and children need to limit their intake of high-mercury fish like swordfish, king mackerel and others.

8. Blood pressure increases.

And what to do about it: Eat less animal protein, eat less foods with a high carbohydrate content (potatoes, rice, pasta, sweets, bread) and eat more foods with a high chlorophyll content. Almost half of tested samples of commercial high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) contained mercury, which was also found in nearly a third of 55 popular brand-name food and beverage products where HFCS is the first- or second-highest labeled ingredient, according to two new U.S. studies.

HFCS has replaced sugar as the sweetener in many beverages and foods such as breads, cereals, breakfast bars, lunch meats, yogurts, soups and condiments. On average, Americans consume about 12 teaspoons per day of HFCS, but teens and other high consumers can take in 80% more HFCS than average.

"Mercury is toxic in all its forms. Given how much high-fructose corn syrup is consumed by children, it could be a significant additional source of mercury never before considered. We are calling for immediate changes by industry and the [U.S. Food and Drug Administration] to help stop this avoidable mercury contamination of the food supply," the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy's Dr. David Wallinga, a co-author of both studies, said in a prepared statement.

In the first study, published in current issue of Environmental Health, researchers found detectable levels of mercury in nine of 20 samples of commercial HFCS.

And in the second study, the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy (IATP), a non-profit watchdog group, found that nearly one in three of 55 brand-name foods contained mercury. The chemical was found most commonly in HFCS-containing dairy products, dressings and condiments.

Ignorance Caused Sepsis or Systemic Acidosis That Took The Life of a Young Brazilian Woman

Just last week a young beautiful Brazilian woman died from sepsis or systemic acidosis. This is not a unique nor isolated story. It is happening every day to hundreds of thousands of people around the world! In fact, Shelley and I came very close to losing one of our own children from septic or acidic shock due to antibiotic IV's.

What is sepsis or septic shock and what is the cause?

Sepsis or septic shock is a systemic acidic condition caused by acidic lifestyle choices, including acidic food, drink, and drugs - especially dextrose and/or antibiotic IV's given at hospitals around the world.

When someone is over-acid and becomes tired, sick and/or injured and nothing is done to buffer or neutralize the excess environmental, dietary, metabolic, and/or cellular degenerative acids, then death from acidosis or sepsis becomes inevitable.

Most people believe that sepsis or acidosis is an infection.
It is not! It is an out-fection from personal acidic lifestyle and dietary choice. An out-fection, in the body, is the cell breaking down from the inside out from an emotional or physical stress or disturbance giving rise to increased acidity. Dietary and/or metabolic acids are generally the cause of all out-fections or cellular transformations - not the infection from some harmless bacterium and/or yeast. And, a bacterium and/or yeast present in the blood or tissues is the evidence of sepsis or an acidic state that gives rise to biological transformation or the birth of bacteria, yeast or mold. Isn't that what happens to food when it spoils? Bacteria, yeast and mold appear as the food is spoiling and are not the cause of the spoiling. Food spoils from the inside out not the outside in. Because germs are born in us and from us from spoiling or decaying cells. And, germs do not cause dis-ease or disease!

Once again sepsis is caused from an individual's hyper-inflammatory or hyper-acidic state created from an acidic lifestyle, diet, metabolism, environment, stress, and/or injury.

Unfortunately, sepsis has a NO or very low Standard of Care in hospitals, and hospital-induced out-fections created from dextrose, glucose, antibiotic IV's, other acidic medications, and of course the acidic hospital food and drink.

If stage 4 acidosis or inflammation is not treated with alkaline buffers, such as oral sodium and/or potassium bicarbonate or IV, it will lead to stage 5, 6 and 7 acidosis or induration, ulceration and then degeneration of the cells, tissues and organs. The end result from the lack of alkaline treatment to reverse the excess acidity will always end in the death of the patient. This is what happened to this young vibrate Brazilian woman. The medical doctors had NO IDEA how to treat or reverse the sepsis or excess acidity! Why? Because they do not learn this in medical school. Sepsis has no known ideology.

Ms. Bridi da Costa, at the young age of 20 died from systemic acidosis from the lack of proper alkaline treatment. Acidic drugs, such as antibiotics and metabolic acids ravaged her body which forced doctors to perform amputations of her extremities and extract part of her stomach as well as both kidneys. I strongly believe that Ms. Bridi da Costa would be alive, healthy and strong today, if, the prevailing 19th Century germ theory medical dogma and subsequent acidic treatment protocols of antibiotics would have been simply replaced with alkaline fluids of sodium, magnesium and potassium bicarbonate and alkaline water and foods.

Sepsis is a 100% preventable and treatable event that affects approximately 2 million people in the USA every year and results in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Current medical statistics state over 250,000 deaths per year from septic shock in the USA alone. I personally believe it is in the millions and is 100% preventable! But, ignorance prevails!

Currently, medical science perceives there is no early diagnostic test nor effective treatment for sepsis and severe sepsis or over-acidity. But this is not true! There is a diagnostic test!

The early diagnostic test is simple, inexpensive and accurate. All you need to do is test the pH of the urine and saliva with litmus paper. If the urine and saliva is dropping from a normal 7.2 pH or higher to under 7 and then into the low 6's, 5's and then 4's, you are headed toward sepsis or systemic acidosis!

The treatment is simple, inexpensive, effective and fast - hyper-alkalize the blood and tissues with sodium and/or potassium bicarbonate pushing the urine and saliva pH back up to the normal 7.2 or in the case of sepsis to an 8.5 to 9 pH. This will begin the process of quickly buffering or neutralizing the dietary, metabolic and/or cellular acids that are breaking down the body cells, which is also creating the increased titers of bacteria and yeast in the blood. The high titers of yeast and bacteria can also be seen in a live unchanged blood test and the cellular transformation or breakdown can be seen in the Mycotoxic Oxidative Stress Test in advance of sepsis or systemic acidosis.

It is very important to understand and remember that the increase of bacteria and/or yeast in the blood from sepsis or excess acidity, such as psuedomonas bacteria found in Ms. Bridi da Costa or candida albicans is not the cause of the sepsis but is the result of the sepsis or increased acidity. Body cells transform or breakdown to bacteria and yeast and then to mold as a result of excess tissue acidity and not from an infection from the atmosphere. Therefore, Germs DO NOT CAUSE DISEASE but are the result of excess tissue acidity not eliminated through urination, perspiration, respiration and/or defecation! Acid is the only CAUSE of dis-ease and disease, including sepsis!

One other important point is that the blood will do everything it can to maintain its delicate pH balance at 7.365. All acids dietary and/or metabolic acids are thrown out into the connective tissue and interstitial fluids. If the lymphatic system cannot move the acids out of the tissues and interstitial fluids then body cells begin transforming or breaking down. This results in the birth of bacteria, yeast and then mold and the increase of acids that will ravage the organs that sustain life. The ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS "Domino Effect" of tissue wasting and acidity is to hyper-alkalize the blood and then tissues with alkaline mineral salts, like sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate. If you use acidic IV's of dextrose, glucose and antibiotics to try and kill the harmless bacteria and yeast all you end up doing is increasing tissue acidity and accelerating the destruction of the cells, tissues and organs tha t sustain life leading to death of the body. This is exactly what happened to Ms. Bridi da Costa. Death by Medication. This is why I have been crying out for an end to medication and the start of alkaline education. Education not medication is the cure to all dis-ease and disease. Ignorance is what kills.

Our health system is broken and many of us understand this. But what most people do not understand is that the current medical science is old and barbaric and is broken and NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. The citizens of the world need education on how to maintain the alkaline design of their body. We do not need more medicine and we especially DO NOT NEED HEALTH INSURANCE under the current medical model. The knowledge and understanding of the "New Biology"(TM) by every citizen of the world will change lives, save lives and save trillions of dollars in needless treatments and medications.

Talk with your doctor about hyper-alkalizing your blood and then tissues with 1 liter of alkaline, 9.5 pH water with 1 tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate or an IV of 5% sodium bicarbonate solution in 1 liter of a 1% saline, dripped over 1 hour.
